Looming collision reflex

Connectivity is attributed to FlyWire optic escape circuitry. Fixed-point LIF parameters and the runtime assist are engineered modeling choices.

Use this repository to inspect the model, input mapping, provenance, and included test vectors before trying its simulator scenarios. Biological fidelity, deployment safety, and publisher identity have not been independently established.
